The sauna session provides a comprehensive emotional, mental, and physical relaxation experience that affects all senses. This one and a half hour program offers intensive stress relief and detoxification in the panoramic sauna of Normafa Retreat, led by skilled sauna masters. The session maximizes the beneficial effects of heat and promotes endorphin production, revitalization, and skincare, while various essential oils facilitate breathing, enhance blood circulation, and disinfect as in an aromatherapy.

Sauna towels and bathrobes are provided. Swimwear/bathing suit is required.
